A trusted partner for your digital infrastructure.

NextHope designs, secures and maintains the information systems of organisations whose operational continuity is non-negotiable: telecom operators, financial institutions, public administrations and large enterprises, across seven countries and some fifteen markets.

Our identity

An integrator for critical projects

Since 2012, NextHope has worked where availability is not negotiable: IT, network, telecom and enterprise application integration. Certified expertise, proven responsiveness, and the ability to hold an infrastructure’s entire lifecycle.

Our mission

Deliver high-performance, secure and durable digital infrastructure. Every project is run to the same standard, whatever its size.

Our approach

Audit, design, integration, deployment, support, maintenance, skills transfer. One chain held end to end, which removes the classic weak point of infrastructure projects: the grey area between two suppliers.

Our commitment

Responsiveness and availability are not sales promises, they are contractual commitments. Teams mobilise quickly, for incidents and for changes alike.

Our values

What guides our decisions.

Excellence

Every project is carried by engineers certified at the most demanding levels. Excellence is not a promise, it is a daily discipline.

Commitment

Partners, not suppliers. In a critical situation, our teams act without waiting for a procedure to authorise them.

Integrity

Our commitments are kept and our recommendations honest, including when they run against our own commercial interest.

Innovation

Anticipating where the industry is going, on our clients’ behalf, so their infrastructure keeps a step ahead.

Our teams

Certified teams, and field experience.

Continuous training

Reaching a vendor partnership level is one thing; holding it is another. Certifying the teams is a standing investment, and it is what has sustained Cisco, Fortinet and HPE status for fourteen years.

Field experience

Infrastructure technicians hold no vendor certification. They hold something rarer: several hundred sites, from office buildings to isolated industrial installations. Every link is certified by instrument.

Established processes

From the initial survey to the acceptance documentation, every project follows the same standards. That is what makes an outcome repeatable rather than dependent on whoever delivered it.
